When I saw the one cost as much(including shipping) as the whole watering system I emailed and got an immediate response that the shipping was incorrect. I received the item no problem at all but in putting it back on and looking at the others which were tightened too tight(from the factory) three more broke and had to order more. They do the trick but thought they would last longer than this. They are not in the sun so not sure what made them so brittle.

Received damaged
I ordered 5 of these to replace ones which were leaking on my silo. Of the 5 I ordered, 4 were obviously cracked/damaged and the 1 that wasnt obviously damaged when opening the box, leaked after installing on my silo. So 5/5 were broken and I’m back where I started.

I am sorry you had a problem with the broken water ports. Was the box damaged when you received it? They should have been packed in a 5' x 5' box with bubble wrap.
I sent a set of six replacement water ports to you today by UPS.. Please let me know if this fixes the prblem with your leaking water ports. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
