Portable Tradeshow Displays
In 1988 Tom and his wife Teresa founded EXPOGO Displays & Graphics, Inc., known worldwide for lightweight portable displays. Patented systems like the ShowFlex Umbrella Display and ShowStyle Briefcase Display pack lighter and set up faster. For almost 30 years Tom has partnered with industrial designer Brad Forrest of Idea Logic — whose work includes Rubbermaid, Black & Decker, Compact Computers, and Apex Tools — on trade-show products that solve real booth problems.
Magnesium Guitar Slides
In June 2007 Tom and his son TJ created MagSlide, the only guitar slide in the world made from magnesium — the lightest structural metal on earth. This injection molded, triple plated slide is 1/3 lighter than glass and 5x lighter than brass and has become the favorite guitar slide of thousands of players worldwide.
CoopWorx Feed Silos
In 2020 Tom and his daughter Kate launched CoopWorx after Kate could not find a feeder she liked — bringing the same design discipline from the show floor to the coop. Same address. Same habit: spot a real problem, design and prototype a fix, patent what works.
