I found Carolina Coops and in the process stumbled across the YouTube videos with the CoopWorx feed and water silos. So thankful that I did. I absolutely love the water silo, it has such a thoughtful design. I did place some landscaping stones over the xbase to allow my growing 6 week old girls access to the nipples. The girls figured out how to use it very quickly. I also purchased the deicer, but won’t have feedback on that until cooler weather hits. Really thankful that I could purchase the deicer from coopworkx, and that the water silo was designed for it in mind.

They have learned to use both water and feed containers and I love the lack of pellet wastage.
Considering purchases for one of my other three pens.

The girls love it!! Stellar customer service. I emailed over the holiday weekend about one of the ports leaking and received a response the same day and they sent out replacement ports the next business day!! We have the feed and water silo and love them both!!

It works exactly how one would want it to. There are details in the design that separate it from other water dispensers. The multiple options for a base make it very versatile. It has a whole for a heater cord. My only complaint is I want a version twice the size.
