Care
The opaque body helps limit algae, but regular cleaning is still recommended. If you use a water deicer or heater, use an automatic shutoff temperature control rated at no more than 250W. Do not let the device run dry or touch the plastic.

Really happy with this wall-mount feed and water combo. It’s sturdy, well designed, and easy to fill. With our expanding flock, we needed more options for feeding and water. Getting the height right on these was a little tricky with girls ranging from big Brahmas to standard-size hens, but we found a happy medium.
It took the girls a little while to adjust since they were used to their stand-up feeder and waterer. After the required period of suspicious staring and chicken investigation, they’ve figured it out.
Overall, a great setup—and officially chicken-mom and flock approved! 🐔❤️
I am loving this feeder, we decided on it based on a friendly recommendation. It's been great for our smaller flock of 20, I pour a bag in and generally just check the feeder every day to ensure it's full, refilling after 4 days or so. We haven't dealt with Michigan summers yet, so we'll see on moisture. But so far, so good!
