Received damaged

I ordered 5 of these to replace ones which were leaking on my silo. Of the 5 I ordered, 4 were obviously cracked/damaged and the 1 that wasnt obviously damaged when opening the box, leaked after installing on my silo. So 5/5 were broken and I’m back where I started.

Hi Brandon,

I am sorry you had a problem with the broken water ports. Was the box damaged when you received it? They should have been packed in a 5' x 5' box with bubble wrap.

I sent a set of six replacement water ports to you today by UPS.. Please let me know if this fixes the prblem with your leaking water ports. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Much improved replacement

These are so much better than the originals that were installed with the waterer. I have replaced all of the nipples but, this thing still leaks.

Will not work with feeder

I bought these to replace and add a new water unit to my coop. However, these will not work with the feeder. You have to buy their watering container container.

Hi Michael,

I am sorry if there is any misunderstanding about the feed and water silo being interchangeable. The holes for the feed ports are 2 3/4' in diameter and the feed silo has a funnel inside.

The water silo has a 3/4' hole for our water ports so they can't be added to turn a feeder into a water silo.

I will be glad to issue a full refund and send a UPS call tag if you would like to return it.

Love it!

We bought feed and water silos for our chickens and they have been wonderful! They are easy to check and maintain, and when we had to buy a replacement water port that had cracked and was leaking, it came quickly and was so easy to replace. Highly recommend, it is a wonderful company and product!
