This has been a game changer for me. I had a daily chore of changing and cleaning the old watering system only to have a mess again in a matter of hours. The watering silo keeps the water very fresh and safe for the chickens.
This feed and water system is one the most well thought out systems on the market. The capacity of water and feed is perfect for a mid to large flock of chickens and also its ability for to manage the feed that is consumed is remarkable. Literally no waste with the feeder, and the waterer iWorks great with the hens. I would encourage this system to all chicken keepers. I love how the design allows for a clean ergonomic space for your run making it so that the area is not junked up with stiff everywhere.
This is not like other nipple style waterers. It’s built with quality materials. Super easy to install. The wall mount is space saving. It is designed to consider everything including room to run a cord in it for a de-icer
