All CoopWorx products include free shipping — that is our customer-facing brand promise.

• Ships UPS Ground from our warehouse in Wilmington, NC.
• Typical processing: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Delivery usually about 1–5 business days after your order ships (times vary by location).
• You will get a tracking email once the package is on its way.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot control delays from incomplete addresses.

30-day full refund

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return within 30 days for a full refund.

1. Email Info@CoopWorxUSA.com first to start a return — please do not ship anything back unsolicited.
2. If accepted, CoopWorx sends a return label and instructions.
3. Ship to: CoopWorx LLC, 411 Landmark Dr, Wilmington, NC 28412.
4. After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go to your original payment method within about 10 business days.
