Replacements are often handled outside the normal Shopify checkout — we will tell you the next step after we review your message.

Returns (first 30 days) vs warranty after

Within 30 days of delivery, you can also use our satisfaction return process for a full refund — see Shipping & Returns.

After 30 days, contact us about defects, damage in use, or missing parts. We will review photos and advise on repair parts, replacement, or other options.

About product warranties

We do not invent blanket multi-year warranty terms on this page. Coverage can vary by product:

• Some accessories (for example the H-49 Water Silo Deicer) list a manufacturer 3-year warranty on their product page — refer to that listing for details.
