Engineered for durability, the CoopWorx Feed Silo II mounts on a portable X-base and features six "soft touch" feed ports, integrated drip edges and a roost resistant lockable hinged lid.

Feed Capacity: Up to 40 lbs.

Construction: Rotomolded Food Grade HDPE compounded with "UV-8 Stabilizer" to resist fading and rust-proof anodized 2" diameter aluminum post mount system.

perfect!

we had storm last night and the temporary tarp got blown away! everything was wet except for the feed inside this feed silo!!!!!! now i can just sleep in the kiddle of the storm knowing my feed wont be wasted.

Perfect feeder!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this feeder. My chickens caught on right away as to how to use it. So convenient to fill it less. Only little inconvenience is it holds 40lbs and most feed bags are 50lbs. I know there is an 80lb one but I didn’t need that large of one considering I only have 15 chickens. No food waste is best part! Plan on getting water silo asap with heater (live in MN). They are pricy but hopefully will last to be worth it. So far…loving it!

I bought the CoopWorx Feed Silo for my hubby’s chickens. He loves it! The chickens love it! It also helps with less food waste. Chickens have a problem with wanting to scratch and get in the old style (traditional) feeders and the food ends up all over the ground. But with CoopWorx Feed Silo this doesn’t happen. They enjoy clean (not dirty on the floor) food. My husband also appreciates that he doesnt have to fill it up often or have to clean up a lot of wasted food on the ground. If you’re on the fence buying this, just do it! You wont regret it!
